communication, literacy, and more! Bright Star’s theatre camps and residencies are hands-on learning
experiences that change students’ lives.

PUT THE POWER OF THEATRE INTO YOUR STUDENTS’ HANDS!

Residency: Bright Star + 

Bright Star + is an Artist-in-Residence program that will combine theatre performance with a series of drama workshops. Share your goals and we will help create an in-depth arts-based learning experience for students and teachers. Our arts-integrated approach teaches classic literature, STEM, history, and social-emotional skills to combat bullying, all while giving students greater exposure to theatre arts.

Artist in Residency Program

  1. Book any of our shows for your school. Choose 1, 2 or 3 performances to be completed in the morning.
  2. Request the “Bright Star +” during your booking. Our booking specialist will then personalize a daily schedule for your school.
  3. After the show, actors will visit classrooms for an extended Q&A and some dramatic role-playing.

Pricing begins at $2,195 for a single day  OR  $1,995 for multiple days/multiple schools in the same district. Five Day residencies start at $7995!

Bright Star Theatre Camp

In this camp our actor/educators work with your students (Up to 30) to develop their own original theatre pieces for an end-of-week performance. In this camp: students write, direct, costume and perform everything from scratch. It’s a truly immersive experience.

Our camps generally run for 5 consecutive days working with the same group of students from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. On the final day a public performance and celebration caps the week!

Our Traditional camp model is just $4,995 for a five-day camp for anywhere in the 50 states! International Pricing: $6500!

Bright Star “Add-On” Workshops

We have great workshops that you can add to your show package. Starting at just $350 for an hour-long workshop, our actor/educators can stick around after their show and share hands-on activities with your staff, students or patrons. A great way to get your audiences really engaged! Looking for a specific topic or a longer professional development opportunity for your staff? Just ask! We’d be happy to design lessons perfect for your school!
